At Stage to Sell, we love to partner with realtors! Many realtors offer a complimentary staging consultation as part of their client services suite. Hire us for a minimal fee to complete a comprehensive walkthrough of your seller’s property.

We tour the property inside and out, and make recommendations to optimize flow, features, and space. We advise on furniture arrangements, repairs, paint colors, and items to keep for staging or pack for the move. Our results can be delivered verbally (the seller or realtor takes notes during our tour), or a detailed written report of our recommendations – you choose!

VACANT PROPERTIES

With our own collection of chic furniture and accessories, we stage vacant and new construction properties. We can stage as much or as little as you like – the entire home, or select rooms. Ask us for our expert recommendation.
